Course Description:

The course continues the pathway of preparing learners to work in Supply chain field. After finishing advanced supply chain course, learners join this course to explores the excellence and global considerations of supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on integration, risk management, quality management and excellence. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises, students will gain the skills needed to excel in supply chain field with profound background in global and sustainable supply chain, information management, risk assessment and project management as well as supply chain quality and operational excellence.
