Course Description:

The course continues the pathway of preparing learners to work in Supply chain field. After finishing basics of supply chain course, learners join this course to explores the strategic and operational aspects of modern supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on sustainable supply chain practices and the integration of emerging technologies. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises, students will gain a deep understanding of the evolving role of supply chain management in driving organizational competitiveness.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

1. Evaluate the strategic importance of supply chain management and its evolving role in driving organizational competitiveness.
2. Explain the key stages of the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
3. Identify the key components of distribution channels
4. Analyze the types of channels, their uses and effectiveness in establishing succul supply chain management system
5. Analyze the impact of emerging technologies, such as blockchain, IoT, and predictive analytics, on the design and optimization of digital supply chain networks.
6. Assess the key principles and frameworks of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) integration in supply chain management.
7. Demonstrate the ability to implement agile and green supply chain practices to enhance responsiveness and adaptability in dynamic business environments
