Course Description: (Stand-Alone Course)
This 30-hour standalone course focuses on enhancing business communication skills for professionals. Participants will learn strategies to improve their communication with business clients, including crafting professional emails, reports and documents. They will develop effective communication skills for delivering presentations, utilizing storytelling techniques and visual aids. The course also emphasizes active listening techniques and overcoming barriers to productive communication. Through practical exercises and personalized feedback, participants will refine their skills to communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism in diverse business scenarios.
