BUSN 127 - Patient Experience Mngmt.PX

Description:

This 25-hour standalone course is designed to empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in patient experience management within any healthcare provider setting. Participants will gain a deep understanding of patient experience principles, tools, strategy development, processes, measurements, and calculating Patient experience return on investment (ROI).

 

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this course, learners will be able to

 

  • Explore the key features and functionalities of patient experience in enhancing healthcare performance
  • Analyze patient journey and create process map
  • Identify touch points and moments of truth in the patient experience
  • Utilize the voice of Employees (VoE) to enhance patient experience
  • Formulate PX strategy tailored to the Healthcare providers
  • Set Key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking patient experience
  • Calculate ROI of patient experience investments
