BUSN 126 - Employee Experience Mngmt.EX

Description:

This 25-hour course aims at providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of effective employee experience that is built on diverse contemporary HR pillars such employee value preposition, internal communication, onboarding and employee wellbeing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational performance. Participants will explore key  concepts, best practices, and practical tools to create a positive employee experience and strengthen internal communication within their organizations.

 

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this course, learners will be able to

 

  • Define the importance of employee experience and its impact on organizational success.
  • Identify different components of employee experience and their significance.
  • Create strategies to improve employee experience including engagement, motivation, communication, reward and satisfaction.
  • Develop effective internal communication methods and channels for their organizations.
  • Identify common challenges and barriers to employee experience
  • Design effective onboarding and offboarding programs that reflect the values of the organization.
  • Analyze the role of leadership in fostering a positive employee experience and effective internal communication.
