Course Description: (Stand-Alone Course) This certificate aims at providing novice trainers with the required skills for starting their career in facilitating training programs. Through 45 hours of the hands-on and interactive sessions, participants will know the different aspects of facilitation in addition to different learning theories that affect adult learning. Participants will be evaluated pre-training and during each milestone of the course in addition to a final practicum training delivery. This course is conducted in Arabic and doesn't lead to certifying instructors or trainers.
Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1.
