BUSN 121 - Prof. Facilitation Skills

Course Description: (Stand-Alone Course)

This certificate aims at providing novice trainers with the required skills for starting their career in facilitating training programs. Through 45 hours of the hands-on and interactive sessions, participants will know the different aspects of facilitation in addition to different learning theories that affect adult learning. Participants will be evaluated pre-training and during each milestone of the course in addition to a final practicum training delivery. This course is conducted in Arabic and doesn't lead to certifying instructors or trainers.

 

 

Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Differentiate the role of learning styles and multiple intelligences in adult learning process
2. Practice needs assessment tools and methods
3. Apply different techniques of instructional designs
4. Use various platforms and technologies in developing instructional material
5. Practice learner-centered facilitation skills
6. Design assessment tools to evaluate the impact of training
7. Conduct a session using different learner engagement strategies
