Course Description: (Stand-Alone Course) The goal of this program is to empower Egyptian women who have innovative business ideas but lack the know-how and resources to manage successful business. Women participating in this program will acquire and utilize business skills necessary to scale up their own livelihoods and contribute to the overall economic growth. “SHE CAN” is a - 60 hour- training program designed to empower aspiring women entrepreneurs by introducing them to the principles needed to successfully manage, lead, and scale up microenterprises. Learning Outcomes: Through this program, participants will be able to:1. Manage their own project. 2. Identifying business opportunities through market research. 3. Create a business plan. 4. Manage their own budgeting and financial issues 5. Access finance through different sources. 6. Manage business— marketing, product costing, and pricing. 7. Develop a criterion for hiring workforce. 8. Identify the needs of developing a workforce. 9. Empower their workforce with the needed skills. 10. Grow business. 11.
