Course Description: (Stand-Alone Course) This course provides learners with a complete set of tools that are used in measuring the various marketing activities. Those tools help organizations make decisions about Marketing investment, measure its impact on business and customers as well as enhance the marketing decisions in general. Part of the:Marketing Measurement Tools Learning Outcomes: By the end of this course, learners will be able to: 1. Describe why measure marketing metrics are important 2. Apply the most fundamental metrics in the marketing sphere 3. Describe relevant ways of measuring marketing ROI 4. Assess the effectiveness of the marketing ROI measurement tools and its impact on the organisations 5. Evaluate all components of building a brand 6. Measure and evaluate sources of brand equity and its outcomes 7. Describe the six market framework 8. Evaluate and measure how the six market framework evolved Admission Requirements for the above certificate(s): 1. Applicants must pass the Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT/OEPT) and score level ENGG B1A. or pass ENGG A2D. 2. Applicants must have basic Computer Literacy 3.University Degree. Mode of delivery: Self-Paced/Instructor-led Term duration: 6 Weeks Schedule: 2 Sessions/week - 2.5 Hrs/Session Assessments and Attendance: Learners are assessed throughout the term by case studies, quizzes, assignments, activities, discussions, reflection essays, projects, or other means of evaluation. End-of-term achievement tests measure learners’ overall performance in the course. The final grade in each course is based on learners’ performance on continual assessment measures and the final project or test.
