CGU 133 - Managing Difficult Behavior During Training |
During the training session you have to know how to deal with each and every learner and how to engage her/him in the discussions and activities. Understanding learners’ personalities is crucial but what is more important is knowing how to deal with difficult personalities, how to resolve conflicts between teams without negative comments or causing tense learning environment. In this workshop you will learn how to manage difficult learners and difficult situations as well. You will learn specific strategies of how to engage those difficult learners to create a positive learning environment.
Learning Outcomes:
