SAS 108 - Applied Projects Activities
This Course equips learners with most Agile, applicable and effective tools and techniques to execute successful integrated projects. Learners will practice designing, managing and controlling group projects simulated on real life examples from their field of work. Advocating efficient communication, conflict and negotiation management techniques through role-plays and gamification helping learners develop life changing skills. Scheduling & Budgeting will be formulated and adapted to learner’s industry scope. Part of the: Applied Supervisory Professional Diploma Learning Outcomes : 1. If offered in Arabic: Learners must have at least 3 years of experience in a technical-related field after high school completion or completed >5 CEUs (>50 Hours) in SCE’s Applied Studies Department at specific area of specialization or have a bachelor degree. 2.
