SBHR 101 - Organizational Behavior |
This social science course provides the learner with the tools to understand and evaluate
individual, group and organizational processes. Topics covered include employees behaviors,
attitudes and job satisfaction, emotions and modes, personality and values, perception and
individual decision making, motivation concepts, motivation from concepts to applications,
understanding work teams, communication, foundations of organizational structure.

Discuss the challenges and opportunities for organizational behavior 2. Analyze personality and values 3. Apply perception and individual decision making 4. Demonstrate motivation concepts 5. Categorize emotions and moods 6. Organization system Admission Requirements for the above certificate(s): 1. Applicants must pass the Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT) and score level ENGG B1A. 2. Applicants must have basic Computer Literacy N.B. Learners need to have access to stable internet connection for the blended component Term duration: 6 Weeks Schedule: 2 Sessions/week - 2.5 Hrs/Session Assessments and Attendance: Learners are assessed throughout the term by tests, quizzes, assignments, projects or other means of evaluation. End-of-term achievement tests measure learners’ overall performancein the course. The final grade in each course is based on learners’ performance oncontinual assessment measures and the final test.
