This program covers the fundamentals of quality control including basic quality tools, control charts for variables and attributes, process capability analysis, sampling plans and techniques, inspection and sampling plans, root-cause analysis for process improvement, and quality cost concepts. The course also covers data measurement instruments and data analysis using numerical and graphical statistical analysis techniques.
